    Excellent down home cooking. I thought I was the cook. I would have rated 5 star BUT the mashed potatoes and gravy are not homemade:(  I couldn't bring myself to eat them. The atmosphere is the epitome of a small town southern cafe.

    The food is okay but not great! The day I was there the city was working on a waterline and the manager went out to see why his water was off and he started cussing like a mad man at the city workers who were just doing their jobs and trying to fix the problem. I don't want to eat at a place like that.

    Open a can of veggies, and stay home. This place makes other "buffet" restaurants look like Michelin Star venues I really don't expect much from a place like this, but my mother in law likes to go there. Nothing to really "zero in" on. Just not good. Hospital food.

    Weekend dinner buffet with a variety of foods.  Food is good and is home style comfort food.  Service is great.

    Food was good....what was left anyway. I got there at 1:10. I had to scrape the pan on most items. Manager was very unfriendly. When I called to see what time they closed he said, "after lunch in about 20 minutes" and then hung up. When I asked for utensils he pointed them to me. When i checked out he didn't give me a total or say thank you. He was fussing at someone on the phone, " bring me that gas receipt, you here me?" Though the food was good I would never eat here again. I would probably be as welcomed then I was today. An outsider's view....for what it's worth.
